Introduction:
At Innovative Communication Development (ICD), our paramount goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with the products we offer. We provide a comprehensive 30-day return policy on most items. To streamline this process, please take note of the following guidelines:
Restocking Fee: Returnable products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Deductions: Initial shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.
Condition of Return: Returned products must be in the same condition as sold, complete with product manuals, all accessories, and original packaging.
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for shipping the product back at their own expense using a verifiable method, and it should be packed in a manner that reasonably prevents product damage.
Defective Products: In the event of a defective product, ICD or the product manufacturer will cover the associated shipping costs. Typically, replacement equipment is dispatched to the customer, who then returns the defective equipment in a provided pre-paid shipment box.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items fall under the category of non-returnable and non-refundable, including:
- Prepaid Airtime Cards
- Monthly service plan charges up to and including the month of the return.
- Previously installed devices such as docking stations and marine satellite/internet systems.
- Custom ordered cables
- Online orders less than $100
- Special Order or Made-to-order products or accessories
Please ensure compliance with these guidelines to facilitate a smooth return process. For defective equipment, kindly contact us to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before initiating the return.
Rental Return and Change Policy:
Customers engaging in rental agreements acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Additional Charges: Beyond the rental period, additional charges may apply for airtime overage, extra rental days, damages, or loss of equipment.
Refunds/Credits: No refunds or credits are applicable for early returns. Cancellations after orders are shipped are non-refundable, encompassing airtime, bundles, and accessories.
